An empowering evening for women where we’ll take off our masks and dip our toes in the waters of vulnerability. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, we’ll start the evening with a grounding 45-min yoga class with Katherine Grenier; then, we’ll have 30 mins of empowering group conversation with Megan Bruneau–exploring individual challenges and pressures we women face in New York, and how to best support each other through them. Finally, we’ll connect over a mouth-watering vegan dinner made by Exhibit C master-chef, Daphne Cheng. You’ll leave feeling connected, enlightened, and supported.
*We ask that you come “unmasked,” whatever that means to you. Perhaps with less makeup than you might normally wear (or no makeup!); perhaps wearing something you might normally think makes you “feel fat.” Perhaps without the safety of your go-to partner in crime. In this supportive, nonjudgmental space, we celebrate imperfection.
